4 Mindset Changes That Massively Improved My Life : Thomas Frank

4 Mindset Changes That Massively Improved My Life:

1. Become okay with being the worst person in the room.
Everybody around you is somebody who you can learn from.
They are there to do their own thing.
They are probably focused on their own goals and their own efforts.

2. Treat real life challenges like video game levels.
If we can treat things as a learning process even if they are failures then we become more open to going through that learning process and we become more able to gain those skills.

3. Become comfortable with confronting harsh realities.
When you don't shy away from them or pretend they don't exist then you can, after you get over the emotional pain or the shock of seeing them, formulate a plan for dealing with them.

4. How could I be wrong here?
There might be something that I am missing?
Also, in doing so you're gonna become a much better problem-solver.

They can't actually affect you, they can only try to influence your mindset.
Do not let them. You've got to understand who you're trying to become, believe in your ability to get there, to become that person.
It is not going to serve you. So for that very reason, let it go.

How To Get The LOVE You Need From Him (Counterintuitive) : Brian Nox

4 Signs that a Man LOVES you and Adores You (number 2 may surprise you) : Brian Nox

4 Signs that a Man LOVES you and Adores You:

1. He will be investing in you.

2. He protects you.
These are silly, subtle, but really important signs that a man loves you.

3. How manipulative is he? Is he trying to make you do things that you don't want? Is he listening to your feelings? Does he want to change you or does he accept you the way that way that you are? I am talking about your personality. Does he accept you for who you are? Does he use, who you are against you and so forth? Is he thinking about your feelings? Does he take the time to listen to you when you have something that makes you emotional?

4. Does he tell you that he loves you? Does he take the time to cuddle, to caress you?

Thank you!

3. Out with the old, in with the new.
Use new techniques.
KonMari method.

4. All or nothing, need not apply.

5. Quality > Quantity

6. Get brutally honest.

MAINTAIN SELF DISCIPLINE DAILY

3:15 to 9:50

Brendon Burchard:

1. To emotionally engage with that dream each morning of your life. So every morning what I want you to do is just start a new visualization practice.
Remember the dream. So every morning just make it a practice to actually just imagine the payoff, the benefit, the contribution.

2. I need you to do your work before you respond to the world.
If you set up your morning to win, or you set up blocks of time to win, and you do that first, do your work first, it's easier to stay disciplined.

3. Block time
You need to have scheduled blocks of time where that discipline happens everyday and that's the only thing that happens.
You need time to do that and that time what we call block time, you say ok today from 1 o'clock to 3 o'clock I'm only this thing that I need more discipline towards.
Schedule what you must make happen and you'll suddenly find yourself, wow I'm so disciplined.

4. To set up some social rewards.
If you get some small wins along the way and you're never celebrating with other people, then your brain says ah this isn't benefitting me.
It's so important for you to do this.
If you finally achieved something that you've been working towards for so long, you need to take some time to go out with friends and family and just talk about the process, talk about how it felt to finally complete this thing.

If you'll do these things you'll start to find yourself much more disciplined and on your way to living what we call the Charged Life.

Blazing your own trail

https://mettahu.wordpress.com/2013/12/08/blazing-your-own-trail/

Sooner or later you will find a way
To feel like sunshine even on a cloudy day,
To feel like morning in the dead of night;
Sooner or later it’s gonna be all right.
Now don’t go thinking your life’s a mess.
Rather, start thinkin’ in terms of happiness.
And it’s gonna happen.
Just decide were you’re goin’.
Get out in the open
And start blazin’ your own trail again.
It takes time sometimes to figure out
That there’s nothing to worry about
And that there’s plenty to be thankful for.
It takes time sometimes to know the score.

See, everybody’s got a smile inside,
So put it upon your face and wear it with pride.

And it’s gonna happen.
Just decide were you’re goin’.
Get out in the open
And start blazin’ your own trail again.

Develop DISCIPLINE : Evan Carmichael

0:50
This is a daily practice.
diet, exercise...
It becomes a lifestyle.

3:04
Between my physical fitness and my Faith, I have so much discipline in my life.

7:03
I need the discipline to always do all the right preparation, to always think about the right knots, to always be cross-checking my systems, so that I can do those bold things, and stay alive in an unforgiving environment.
I want to live because of my discipline not because of my luck.

8:24
With little discipline you do little things.
With lot of discipline you do lot of things.

It requires a lot of discipline.

12:13
Basic fundamentals being applied over and over and over and over again.

13:00
Discipline is very important.
Never lose the target. Stay focused on it.
Think, it's still possible.
To be stronger in bad moments.

Eric/Donna~Truly madly deeply

I'll be your dream, I'll be your wish, I'll be your fantasy.
I'll be your hope, I'll be your love, be everything that you need.
I love you more with every breath, truly madly deeply do
I will be strong, I will be faithful 'cause I'm counting on a new beginning.
A reason for living. A deeper meaning.

I want to stand with you on a mountain.
I want to bathe with you in the sea.
I want to lay like this forever.
Until the sky falls down on me.

And when the stars are shining brightly in the velvet sky,
I'll make a wish send it to heaven then make you want to cry
The tears of joy for all the pleasure and the certainty.
That we're surrounded by the comfort and protection of
The highest power, in lonely hours, the tears devour you.

I want to stand with you on a mountain.
I want to bathe with you in the sea.
I want to lay like this forever.
Until the sky falls down on me.

Oh can you see it baby?
You don't have to close your eyes
'Cause it's standing right before you.
All that you need will surely come.

Donna+Eric - Chasing Cars

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?
