There are 3 kinds of business in life, our business, other people's business, and God's business, and we create pain for ourselves when we get into other people's business and into God's business.

How To Create More Presence In Your Life & Enjoy The Moment (Live With No Regrets)! : Bridget Nielsen

How To Create More Presence In Your Life & Enjoy The Moment (Live With No Regrets)!

Living in the season in which you exist.

This could be the different Earth seasons.

This can be the different seasons or stages of your life.
eg., child, teenager,...

There's also stages of where you're at in your personal life.

4:15
Nature has seasons for a reason.

Acknowledging these stages and working with them is highly helpful to presence.

Each phase of life, each phase of the season has a particular purpose for a particular reason.

Fall and winter bring incredible regeneration and renewal, that then actually gives you more energy in spring and in summer to create, to manifest, to enjoy, to experience that vitality.

There's a lot of different cycles and seasons.

7:50
Another prime example of what we talking right now is the menstrual cycle.

Numbers energy (numerology)

Each number represents certain energy.
Every one of the numbers in numerology has its very own set of personality traits that sets it apart from the other numbers.

1: leadership, independence, strength, drive :: sun
2: harmony, relationships :: moon
3: self-expression, communication :: jupiter
4: discipline, organization, dependability :: uranus
5: adaptable, personal freedom, unattached, interactive :: mercury
6: compassion, care, thoughtfulness :: venus
7: deep thinking, problem solving :: neptune
8: ambition, drive, hard work :: saturn
9: compassion, humanity, spiritual :: mars

If a certain date adds up to number 1, that day is a great day to start new projects, to go out on a first date, to get a new haircut, and to plan ahead.

If the digits of a date adds up to the number 2, know that it’s the best energy to enter into business agreements and create projects through teamwork.

If the digits of a date add up to 3, it means it’s a wonderful time to bring people together, to socialize, to keep it light, and to just let go and enjoy.

If the digits of a date add up to 4, it’s a great date to be implementing projects, and making things happen – whatever it is. Murphy’s Law doesn’t apply on 4-days.

If the digits of a date add up to number 5, then that day, week, month or year is the best time to explore new terrain, whether it’s brand new ideas, a safari trip in Africa, or learning a new skill.

If the digits of a date add up to number 6, it’s a wonderful time to create love! Work on a universal theme, help poor communities in distant places or the homeless on your block. It’s the best time to be there for other people.

If the digits of a date add up to number 7, know that it’s a wonderful time to cook up ideas, to write a paper, to post on social media, or meditate.

If the digits of a date add up to the number 8, that day or time is wonderful grounds for working on the mathematics and the logic behind what you want. Make plans and to-do lists.

The number 5:
Adaptable: Whether something changes by choice or by chance, this number can easily shift gears and direct its attention and energy toward its new circumstances.
5 is the pivotal point between the numbers 1 to 9 and represents a variety of experiences through its developed senses, and offers many opportunities for choices and decisions for the future.
The freedom-loving 5 needs to delegate routine activities to others, and be free enough to satisfy their curiosity so that they can have personal freedom in every direction and on every level.
5 is the number of progress and growth for without change there is stagnation.
However, their greatest asset is eloquence. Here they are demonstrating an unrivaled talent.
Watch out for a tendency toward competitiveness. You shine naturally, so there’s no need to work overly hard for attention.

Toxic relationship

If a partner isolates you from your immediate family and friends, then know right away that this is a toxic relationship, no matter how much they appear to love you on the outside, there is no real love in it. Breakup. Cut-off all communication. Confide in loved ones, and/or a therapist. Protect yourself. Take the time you need to heal. You are worth it.

3 Ways To Trust Your Intuition (Listen To Your Inner Voice) : Bridget Nielsen

3 Ways To Trust Your Intuition (Listen To Your Inner Voice)

1. To go in and to ask, at the deepest parts of our being, what is next, who are we, what is aligned, what is not aligned, which direction do I go, what step do I take next?
And that's really all that's important is what step do I take next?
Moving back to that untainted spirit essence that you have that knows and that trusts. Moving back into that place and going, ok, well then, how do I? What are the indicators, energetically and physically, of something being off or on, and how is guidance communicating with me?
Your Higher self, your body communication, your emotional intelligence.

2. How is intuition communicated through you uniquely?
This is different for every person, but there's some general commonalities that we can go into.
We are being asked to move into the heart, into the feeling space. It knows a lot.
8:00
gut
nervous system
chakras
body
Notice when those certain body indicators, when those certain reactions come up, and use those communications.
All of these different parts of our body are intelligent.
The more that we give value, the more that we acknowledge, particularly the subtle communication, the more that can come online, and we can increase and turn up the volume of it to assist us.
The communication is in the subtlety, the communication is in the silence, in the solitude, and in that serene place then we can hear what's going on.
Moving past the programming, and setting aside some stillness, a moment to really tune into the subtlety, the communication that's happening for you uniquely, in your physical body, in your energetic body.

3. Knowing
Deepening into this space of knowing, of intuition, of your own body's communication.
13:28
Acknowledge and bring in the inclusion of our whole body, our whole being.
When we're on, then we can truly be in touch, and know what is the best next move.
Deep intrinsic connection with our soul.
Trust within self.
Move in the direction of your core natural self.

Grounding For Ascension & Spiritual Development: Bridget Neilsen

As above so below.

How To Connect With Your Spirit Guides!: Bridget Nielsen

How To Connect With Your Spirit Guides!

Everyone has guides.

These guides that are always with you, you could call your Primary guides.

There's many other kinds of guides that come and go.

The primary way to begin connecting with your guides is one through basic intention, through the intention of connecting specifically with them.

They're very subtle, and that's something to note.

Often times, in one case if you're not feeling them, that might just be that you're on track, and it's a subtle energy that they are using to guide you.

Begin to attune to how you perceive.

Take some time and truly be quiet, and truly be present.

In that receptive place is where you're going to connect.

The key is to note the essence of it, because it's an actual frequency signature.

When you then sit down again to connect, then you can tap back into that frequency bandwidth, and that is your communication channel that is now open.

Depending on the kind of frequency you're emanating and the more you create, the more that you're going for it in whatever category in your life, the more guides you get, and the more support it attracts.

Asking, and intending, and they'll come.

Sometimes it's your intuition, sometimes it's a guide, and sometimes it doesn't matter. Just take that, and run with it.

Quieting yourself, and paying attention, and being excitedly receptive.

How To Handle When Friends & Family Don't Get You | Bridget Nielsen

How To Handle When Friends & Family Don't Get You

One of the reasons you're different is because that's one of the things you're meant to do in the family.

Rather that doing, it's more about being. It's about being the vibration. It's about being that change within our own selves, and being the change in interacting with other people.

The emanation of love, the emanation of compassion, the emanation of really being receptive and listening to where they're at, and what they may need at that certain level or whatever they're going through, and that will be the fastest way.

We have to understand that sometimes people aren't going to get us and to be ok with that, and truly once we are ok with that, they often start to get us.

All you need to do is be yourself, all you need to do is express that.

How To Set Boundaries as an Empath or Highly Sensitive Person : Bridget Neilsen

How To Set Boundaries as an Empath or Highly Sensitive Person

1. Understand your own energy, your own innate essence and frequency.

It's very important that we're gonna have to stop caring what people think because that incessant need to be wanted and loved has to go to the side just for a minute and you and your self-love and your self-consideration has to be first.

Get yourself into nature, get yourself into a quiet space, say no to these things, so that you can start to get to know yourself, start to get to know your own energy and frequency and what you need. Get into your own feeling body. You turn your empathic ability inward and you sense you, you feel and understand you.

2. Cultivate and build your energy.

Building your etheric body which is also your aura. You're building your field of energy.

Set a field, an energetic field of your own essence and energy.

This is a gift. It can show you how it wants to be utilized.

3. Make it a practice.

HOW TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS WITHOUT STRESS | My Golden Tip : Simple Happy Zen

HOW TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS WITHOUT STRESS

Focus on the process, instead of the result.

Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.
-Lao Tzu

Thank you!

Benefits Of Being An Empath : 3 Key Elements

Benefits Of Being An Empath

Different areas that your sensitivity is reaching into. Your sensitivity gives you the ability to be able to sense:

1. Thinking
2. Feelings
3. Experiences that have happened to people
4. Feel and notice and connect how 3 of these actually start to create what happens around them
5. Notice how all of these are all connected

These are the four different areas that you are able to pick up on.

Home-remodeler for people's minds and hearts.

3 steps to help you to be able to do this:
- Create a collage about who you are. To be able to come to centre, get balanced on the inside.
- A music list.
- Write a few things that you loved about the day.

Empathy

Remember that we can help others best by taking care of ourselves first.

"Start by envisioning someone you know who may be in pain or may have gone through a stressful event," he says, "and then envision them being relieved of that suffering." He says it may be helpful to repeat a phrase silently in your mind, such as: May you be happy and be free of suffering.
"Encouraging the focus on the person's well-being and happiness, instead of their distress, actually shifts our brain's pathways from experiencing painful empathy to the more rewarding areas of compassion," Davidson says.
He adds: "For the most part, people don't actually want you to feel their pain. What they want is your help and compassion."

Roles: Diplomats

To address this sense of inadequacy, many Diplomats find they must let go of comparisons to other people. 79% of Diplomats say they consciously compare themselves to others either often or very often. By releasing these comparisons, Diplomats can free themselves to do things their own way, in their own time – rather than fretting over whether they’re successful yet.

Stop the Madness! Time Management Tips for ENFPs

1. Not every idea needs follow-through

2. Develop finite projects

3. Refresh your project management system

4. Keep a daily mini-list

5. Use micro-goals to get through mundane tasks

Once you recognize what’s happening, you can stop beating yourself up and find ways to cope. If you can’t delegate monotonous work, tackle it in bite-sized pieces. Write one sentence or five lines of code. Read three emails. Enter six transactions. Take short breaks and increase the amount of work you do in each burst. Once you get moving, momentum will keep you going forward.

6. Change your environment

7. Remove distractions

8. Use a binder for long-range planning

Rainbow

Of course, if one wants to be really pedantic, I guess we could say it is a constantly changing rainbow for each of us since the light of any given wavelength arriving at our location in those beautiful arcs is always coming from different droplets as they fall. Or, if you blink, you are now seeing a different rainbow.

On the other hand, the light source is the same - the Sun, the field of droplets is the same (without thinking about individual droplets), and all the angles are the same.

The geometry of reflection, however, is such that all the droplets that reflect the rainbow’s light toward you lie in a cone with your eyes at the tip.

Water droplets reflect sunlight (or any light) at an angle of between 40 and 42 degrees, depending on the wavelength.

Because of the sharp angle, you only see rainbows when the sun is (1) behind you and (2) low in the sky. When the sun is high, the light reflecting off the droplets passes over your head and you see nothing.

Now for a little creative visualization. The sun is low and behind you. All the sunbeams head in, strike the cloud of water droplets ahead of you and bounce back at an angle of 40 degrees.

Naturally the beams can bounce 40 degrees any which way — up, down, and sideways. But the only ones you see are the one that lie on a cone with a side-to-axis angle of 40 degrees and your eyes at the tip.

Don’t get it? OK, face a wall and extend your arm so it’s at 40 degree angle thereto. Now rotate the arm in a full circle, keeping the 40 degree angle to the wall. Your arm describes a cone, right?

If you think about it, you should be able to convince yourself that the only parts of the wall that are at exactly a 40 degree angle to your shoulder lie on that cone. Same with rainbows.

I said that water droplets reflect light at an angle of 40-42 degrees. Usually they do. But sometimes the light bounces around twice inside each water droplet and exits at an angle of around 51 degrees. So you’ll see a second rainbow above the main one with the colors reversed. It is fainter, but be kind. It is doing the best it can.

How To Become A Stronger Empath : 3 Key Elements

How To Become A Stronger Empath

1. Cut out the judgement.

2. Don't take it personal.

3. Create dialog.

4. Stop trying to fix people.

No. 1 is the most important one.

That'll help you be a stronger empath.

Safety Rules For An Empath : 3 Key Elements

4 protective layers:
Social space
Casual space
Personal space
Intimate space

How you activate outer two realms so that they can protect you, and help you be super sensitive about people is, you need to decide who can connect to you and who cannot. What type of person are you willing to emotionally, mentally, energetically connect to.
What kind of person is a person you don't want to engage with, and what kind of person you do want to engage with? Here's an example, if this person was a person who hurts people and has no interest in personal development, do not engage with.

If you don't clarify where the line is then your mind is just gonna reach out and connect to everybody.

We must set the guidelines. We must set the calibrations.

Atomic Habits : James Clear

The Four Laws of Behaviour Change
1. Make it obvious.
2. Make it attractive.
3. Make it easy.
4. Make it satisfying.
________________________________________________________

My three lessons:

1. Build identity-based habits.
We start by focusing on who we wish to become.
It's one thing to say I'm the type of person who wants this. It's something very different to say I'm the type of person who is this.

2. Design your environment.
If you want to make a habit a big part of your life, make the cue a big part of your environment.
By sprinkling triggers throughout your surroundings, you increase the odds that you'll think about your habit throughout the day.
(1st law)

3. The Two-Minute Rule.
When you start a new habit, it should take less than two minutes to do.
The point is to master the habit of showing up.
Start by mastering the first two minutes of the smallest version of the behaviour.

SIMPLIFY YOUR LIFE » 5 Habits for simple living, minimalism and happiness : Simple Happy Zen

SIMPLIFY YOUR LIFE » 5 Habits for simple living, minimalism and happiness

Less distractions, burdens, stress, obligations.
More time, space, energy, love, life.

1. Start making your own rules.

by shedding everything that's holding us back, definitely more simplicity.

2. Focus on giving instead of receiving.

time, energy, a compliment, or a random act of kindness.

Being generous with others is a great mindset to simplify your life. Because it changes your mindset from seeking from others (something you don't have under control yourself) to sharing your abundance with others (something you absolutely can control).

3. Say no more often.

They're asking something of you, which means you have a choice in your answer.

Don't worry so much about letting others down, and start worrying a bit more about letting yourself down.

Saying no is such a powerful tool to bring more simplicity into you life.

4. JOMO instead of FOMO.

JOMO means Joy Of Missing Out.

It means being able to choose what you truly value, and gladly miss out on what you don't.

5. Living in the present.

This part of simplifying has to do with less going on in your head all the time.

Take a breath and remember that this is now.

Choosing to focus on living in the now can really help to uncomplicate things.

5. Don't keep sweets in the house.

6. Don't sleep with your phone.

7. Connect often.

8. Save and invest automatically.

9. Remind yourself that nobody cares.

10. Never stop going after the life you want.

If you're really sure it's something you love, if you're really sure it's gonna be hard but you want it, never stop going after the life you want.
It's going to be hard work either way.

3. Choose a word to be your focus for the new year.

An overall theme for the year.

I wrote my word at the very top of my planner.
I also have a few quotes and a Bible verse that inspire me.

You can also use that when planning your goals.

4. Love yourself, be patient, and take it one step at a time.

Be gentle when writing your goals.

Having small steps towards a goal is much more sustainable than trying to overdo it right away and making huge drastic changes.

MINIMALISM and being busy » Rejecting hustle culture : Simple Happy Zen

Everyone should do what works for them.

We all have busy days, busy weeks, busy months occasionally.

I think the principles of minimalism can be applied to our career as well.
It can help us to answer these questions for ourselves.
3:38

I think it starts with accepting ourselves, valuing ourselves.

It could be time to redefine for yourself what you want out of life.

7:25
Is this bringing me value?

9:33
Take a moment to think for yourself.

What is it that you find important in life?

And how busy you want to be in order to achieve that?

Which boundaries can you set to protect yourself, your body, and your mental health?

Appreciate yourself for being, not doing.
