1. Change is opportunity and growth.
2. Take a moment to get back to yourself.
eg. meditation, journaling.
Do things that make you feel comfortable and grounded.
3. Acknowledge that you don't have all the answers (and that's okay).
4. Be patient with adjustments and take time to get used to it.
5. Make a list of all the GOOD things that could happen.
