by shedding everything that's holding us back, definitely more simplicity.

Being generous with others is a great mindset to simplify your life. Because it changes your mindset from seeking from others (something you don't have under control yourself) to sharing your abundance with others (something you absolutely can control).
3. Say no more often.
They're asking something of you, which means you have a choice in your answer.
Don't worry so much about letting others down, and start worrying a bit more about letting yourself down.
Saying no is such a powerful tool to bring more simplicity into you life.
4. JOMO instead of FOMO.
JOMO means Joy Of Missing Out.
It means being able to choose what you truly value, and gladly miss out on what you don't.
5. Living in the present.
This part of simplifying has to do with less going on in your head all the time.
Take a breath and remember that this is now.
Choosing to focus on living in the now can really help to uncomplicate things.
How to Change Your Life & Make It Stick 1. Be unapologetically you.
If it is a muscle, I want you to work it as early as possible.
Do you, unapologetically.
2. Build small daily habits.
3. Cut toxic people out.
4. Respect value over money.
5. Don't keep sweets in the house.
6. Don't sleep with your phone.
7. Connect often.
8. Save and invest automatically.
9. Remind yourself that nobody cares.
10. Never stop going after the life you want.
If you're really sure it's something you love, if you're really sure it's gonna be hard but you want it, never stop going after the life you want.
It's going to be hard work either way.

If you want to change your life, wake up a little bit earlier, do something that matters to you, start your day on your terms.
MINIMALIST HABITS that you can start doing today
1. Only buy things if they're exactly what you were looking for.
2. Stop looking for things to want. Let them find you.
3. Declutter seasonally.
This works for me,
a. last week of march
b. last week of october
4. Instead of buying something new, see if you already own something you can use.
5. Practice gratitude and appreciation for your things.
6. Identify and cut out things that aren't helpful or that are tempting.
Switch off notifications.
Start saying no more often.
7. Spend time on things that matter to you.
With saying no, and cutting out things that don't serve you, you will have a lot more time, space, and energy left to focus on the things that truly matter to you.
That give you joy, energy, meaning, and love.
And that is the true purpose of living a minimalist lifestyle.
MAKE TIME FOR EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO DO
1. Give yourself permission.
2. Make a list of what you want to do.
3. Understand the way you operate.

Do those things, make yourself promises that really match up with that list of things you want to do, golden.
4. Find the "me" time.
I want you to start becoming a person who appreciates your alone time.

1. Figure out for which tasks you want to be mentally engaged. And for which tasks you can be less actively engaged.
Keep the distractions to a minimum.
2. Take frequent small breaks.
Take a 10-15 min. break every hour, if possible.
Try to find small moments for a 1-2 min. mini-break.

What I liked about it, what I didn't like about it?
