You have to elevate your desire.

You start changing what you give attention to.

If you want something bad enough then you will change your habits.

Successful people have developed successful habits.

1) To help change your habits, set a 21 day goal.

Look at your written dreams and speak them out of your mouth.

2) To help change your habits, start small.

3) To help change your habits, do it every day.

Consistency is the key to change.

4) To help change your habits, do it at the same time every day.

You become what you behold.

You won't be at the same place next year at this time.
