Developing Specific Goals : Terri



The consistency is what brings the victory.

You can have excuses or you can have results but you're not gonna have both.

Developing discipline in five specific areas:

1. Faith
Five minutes is better than no minutes.

2. Family and Home

3. Finances

4. Fitness
Fifteen minutes is better than no minutes.
Do it consistently.
Do something that you can enjoy and you can commit to.

5. Free time and Friends

Figure out the areas where you need to be more disciplined and start with one.
Just start with one.
Find one area that you can be disciplined in and stick to it for the next 21 days.
