1. Forcing yourself to have the same morning routine every single day.
Intense structure, inflexibility, and lack of flow.
It's important to be flexible with it.

2. Not tapping into your body every morning and checking in with yourself.
What do I need?

3. Not getting ready in the morning.
The feminine energy is just that, an energy.
It's not a look, and it has nothing to do with your physical appearance.
The feminine is an energy, and a feeling.
The feminine loves creativity and beauty. But remember beauty is subjective.
Spend a little bit of time getting ready in the morning. Flex this creative muscle. Make yourself feel beautiful whatever that is to you.
The feminine ebbs and flows.

4. Waking up and immediately scrolling on your phone.

5. Waking up too late, and not making time for yourself.
Some of your morning should be dedicated to you, and only you.
Have at least a few moments of quiet and alone time before you start your day.
Even just five to ten mins can really set you up to being more present throughout your entire day.

6. Not giving your body a little bit of love every morning.
Connecting to your body is a very big part of connecting to your feminine.
Loving and opening your heart to your physical body and giving it the love and care that it deserves is a powerful way to get more in touch with this side of yourself.
Exercise, stretching, yoga, skincare, making yourself and having a good healthy breakfast.
Take care of your body, and show yourself some love.
If you get your energy in the morning into a state of love, connection, and full presence, then this will make a big difference in how you feel mentally and how connected you are to your feminine.

Our mornings are sacred. Make your mornings more about flow, connection to your body and your heart, love, creativity, beauty, nature. This can make a really big difference.

We are also creatures of habit.

The brain weighs 1/50 th of the body weight but takes up 20% of all of the calories.

If you make a decision over and over again, then rather than take up critical thinking which is meant to serve you intelligently, it hands it over to the midbrain, and it becomes an unconscious behaviour or pattern or a habit. You don't even question it.

We are using our conscious brain only a small amount of time, that critical decision-making. 95% of the time people are sleeping awake.

How do you get that elephant moving in the right direction?

Environment trumps will. 
Our intention will always be beaten by our environment, over time.

We don't get to choose whether or not we get programmed. We are programmable by design. We can only choose how we want to be programmed.

How do we change that?

1. Stop putting the wrong things in.

We are adaptation machines.

Stop putting the wrong programming in.

The two biggest things that impact us unconsciously more than anything else are:
- The mainstrem media.
- Our peer group of who we hang with.

Love your family, choose your friends.

2. Start putting the right things in.

Podcast, inspirational interviews, books.
By exposing yourself to the kind of information that supports your potential, your greatness, and where you want to go.

3. Get the things that shouldn't be in there out.

Find those unconscious patterns.
Address your unconscious programming.
Create the best habits that you can by programming yourself consciously.

Self-mastery.
Work on yourself.
Mastering our sense of self.

Because we live in a more masculine-oriented world, that means we oftentimes have to step into our masculine energy.
This means that we have to constantly be transitioning back and forth between these energies. That's not always easy.
It's really important to have quick little tools like this to help us switch back into our feminine energy, and connect back to ourselves again.

1. Activate your senses with something specific.
Getting back into our feminine energy is really all about slowing down, and getting back into our body. Getting out of our mind. Just being present in the here and now. One of the quickest and easiest ways to this is to activate your senses. So turn on at least one of those five physical senses that you have. Think about all the tiny little things that activate this for you, and that make you feel good.
Pick your thing, or a few things if you want that drop you down into your body.
- Smell : Perfume.
- Taste: Something sweet, eg. a banana, or some raisins, or lemonade.
- Sight: Colours, Flowers, Greenery.
Using this, and activating your senses is going to help you bring you back to your feminine energy.  Use that same thing over and over again every single time that you decide, that you done being in your masculine energy, and you want to come back home to your feminine energy. The more you do this, the quicker, easier, and more powerful this becomes.

2. Get yourself in water.
A shower is the most practical everyday option.
Water is considered a very feminine element.
Showers are powerful.
Be intentional with it.
Think about it like a meditative experience.

3. Change your clothes.
Change your clothes into something more feminine.
The clothes that we wear can make a huge impact in how we feel.
It’s totally up to your own interpretation.
It won’t be the same for everyone, so there is no right or wrong way to do it.
It changes the way that you feel.
If I want to feel a certain way, one of the quickest tricks for me, is to look the part.
It will naturally help you to radiate feminine energy from the inside.

4. Focus on the process.
Instead of focusing on the outcome, focus on the process. This is a very quick and efficient mindset shift that you can use, to get you back into your feminine energy. It works wonders.
Being feminine is about slowing down, and focusing on the beauty of the process.
You can enjoy the process.
You can see it as an act of creation.
My goals and everything that I want to achieve is an act of creation, it's an act of birthing something into life, it's an act of art.
It's a mindset shift that adds a lot of simple joy and pleasure to my life.

Things I do everyday to feel more feminine:

1. Dancing
Feminine is more about flow and movement.
It gets us out of our head and into our bodies.
It can be as simple as dancing for five to ten minutes while you are getting ready in the morning.
This is about connection and letting go.
It puts you in a different headspace, a more relaxed, connected, feminine headspace.

2. Aiming for only positive content.

3. Read before rising.
Taking just a little bit of time to be still with myself, and prioritising a little bit of pleasure has helped me start the day off on the right foot, and in the right mindset.
You could meditate, you could journal.

4. Getting ready every morning.
Getting ready everyday, while honouring the flow of your style.
The feminine energy is always evolving, always changing.
We tend to thrive off of a bit more variation, flexibility, and by following our inspiration, and our desires.
Tuning in to how we feel that day.

5. Taking care of myself.
Taking care of myself and my body in the ways that are most impactful for me.
8 hours sleep.
Listen to your body, and take the time to do the things that make you feel your best.
They're probably going to be different for everyone. Honouring them.
It takes time. Think about it more like an investment into yourself.

Perhaps growing up by others standards isn't as important as growth in general, and finding a way to nurture all the best parts of yourself.

I am at peace with who I am.

And I hope that you can embrace whatever lifestyle suits you best, as long as you are living with kindness and a humble heart, I don't see how it can be wrong to be you.

Seeking out excitement and joy in the little things.

Slowing down, observing, appreciating the world like we did maybe when we were much younger is a quite healthy and beautiful thing.

Enjoy and encourage your passions and your interests. Find things to be excited about.
I think it is just so wonderful to listen to that inner spirit.

Accepting your true personality, and nurturing your true personality, is a huge step in appreciating who we are.
If we are living with love, I find it hard to find something wrong with that.

It is so crucial to stay true to your personality, and who you are.

Make sure you're nurturing and you're getting what you do need, in terms of your own life.
