Relationships and Healthy Boundaries go hand in hand. Healthy Boundaries give structure to relationships. They help set up a framework to give us the opportunity to have a more communicative, loving, healthy relationship. Any relationship that you have needs to have Healthy Boundaries.

2. Spouse
3. Sister
4. Father
5. Brother
6. Mother-in-law
7. Friend
8. Extended family member/cousin
....
....
p.s.: Know that by setting Boundaries and being assertive about it, you're not only protecting yourself but you're also protecting the other person from a future potential fight or maybe silent treatment whatever unhealthy coping skill comes out of a boundary being crossed, you're protecting each person from that. And only with a set of Healthy Boundaries can a relationship flourish and grow.
