The Habits That Changed My Life : Terri



You can't have a vision without a routine to back it up.

40% of your daily activities are a result of habits.

Successful people have successful habits.

Terri's success routine:
1) Spend time with God.
2) Listen to a motivational message. (Faith comes by hearing.)
3) Read.
4) Review dreams/goals. (Keep them before my eyes consistently.)
5) Exercise.

Three things are required in order to have good habits:
1. Knowledge
2. Skill
3. Desire

That's something only you can decide for yourself.

1. Journaling
2. Bathing / Getting ready
3. Having Breakfast
4. Exercising
5. Sleeping
