1. Ear candy: Music / Podcasts / Youtube videos.
2. Make a list.
3. You can burn calories while you're cleaning.
4. Measure time.
5. Cleaning cooking show - talk to the camera.
6. Find stuff that is cute and fun and attractive to whatever suits you and tools that work really well.
7. Clean with somebody or something else present in the room.
Remember to take breaks.
(Give yourself a reward for cleaning.)
