We can increase our fluid intake by:

1. Eating water enriched foods like watermelon or tomatoes- both over 90 percent made of water not to mention delicious and healthy for us.
(Watermelon, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery and similar fruits and vegetables generally contain approximately 90 percent water weight.)

2. Milk, buttermilk, lemonade, soup contribute to our daily hydration.
(The milk in a bowl of cereal contains approximately 87% water.)

3. Keeping a water bottle with us at all times.

Water helps with:
- Breathing
- Food digestion
- Removal of body waste
- Body temperature
- Blood circulation
