e.g. MVC architecture
Networking
Database
3. Implementing the controller, the activities / fragments.
4. Implementing the networking code.
5. Implementing the layout.
6. Implementing the model and the database.
7. Testing
8. Refactoring
9. Documentation
10. Deployment
11. Small period of surveillance.
