Empowering self-love

God's love

T, I will give you...

I will listen to my stomach.
I will listen to my energy levels.

I will think of and use sleep as a medicine/healer.
I will think of and use food as healer.
I will employ good humour and laughter as a healer.

I will give myself good sleep, good food and good humour.
And I will keep giving it, cyclically.
I can do this and more.

God bless me and heal me.
