Gargling

Having cough n cold....
Did gargling tonight on suggestion & encouragement from Hema (helper). Thank u Hema & God. I'm feeling a bit better.
I completely believe in the effectiveness of gargling with warm salted water... It has worked for me.
May I do it tomorrow morning again.
