L -> Arhar Dal, Cauliflower-Aloo
D -> Masoor Dal, Cabbage-Aloo

2. Tuesday:
B -> Kaale chane
L -> Vegetable (onions, red bell pepper, cherry tomato, spinach, baby corn) whole wheat Pasta
D -> Arhar Dal, Shimla-Aloo/Carrot-Peas

3. Wednesday:
B -> Poha
L -> Urad dal, Cabbage-Aloo
D -> Pav Bhaji with chopped onions n lemon

4. Thursday:
B -> Aloo Paratha
L -> Veg. (Onion, Bell peppers-red yellow, Carrot, Palak) whole wheat Noodles
D -> Masoor Dal, Cauliflower-Aloo

5. Friday:
B -> Kale Chane
L -> Moong Dal, Gajar-Matar
D -> Arhar Dal, Baigan Bharta

6. Saturday:
B -> Poha/Bread
L -> Rajma-Chawal / Chhole Roti / Urad dal/ Aloo Tomato with onion salad
D -> Moong Dal, Beans-Aloo

7. Sunday:
B -> Poha/Bread
L -> Rajma-Chawal / Chhole Roti / Urad dal/ Aloo Tomato with onion salad
D -> Veg. Pulao (Beans, Carrots, Onions, Peas, Corn, Potato) with curd/raita, pyaaz, chutney
