What I Believe
2. What we think about ourselves, becomes the truth for us.
3. The thoughts we think and the words we speak create our experiences.
4. No person, no place and no thing has any power over us, for "we" are the only thinkers in our mind.
5. What we believe about ourselves and about life, becomes true for us.
6. What is important in this moment, is what you are choosing to think and believe and say right now.
7. Just notice and be aware.
8. The past has no power over us. The point of power is in the present moment.
9. We can refuse to think certain thoughts.
10. Loving and approving of yourself, creating a space of safety, trusting and deserving and accepting, will create organization in your mind, create more loving relationships in your life, attract a new job, and a new and better place to live, and even enable your body weight to normalize.
What is the Problem?
1. The Universe totally supports every thought we choose to think and to believe.
2. Changes can begin in this moment.
3. Loving ourselves works miracles in our lives.
4. Affirm: I love and accept myself exactly as I am.
5. Loving the self begins with never, ever criticizing ourselves for anything.
6. We can put all our energy into dissolving the cause of the whole thing: "Not loving the self!".
7. If you hear yourself expressing negative words of any sort, stop in mid-sentence. Either rephrase the sentence or just drop it. You could even say to it, "Out!".
8. Let us stay away from thoughts that create problems and pain.
What do we do now?
1. We must change our way of thinking, change our way of speaking, change our way of expressing ourselves. Only then will the outer changes occur.
2. Affirm: I am willing to change.
3. Acknowledge the power within you that transforms every thought into experience.
4. For every habit we have, for every experience we go through over and over, for every pattern we repeat, there is a need within us for it. The need corresponds to some belief we have.
5. Affirm: I am willing to release the need for ...
6. Love yourself in the process.
7. Self-Worth opens many doors.
8. Affirm: I am worthy of the very best in life, and I now lovingly allow myself to accept it.
9. You are acknowledging your own power.
10. Be kind to yourself. Love and approve of yourself.
How to Change?
1. We do not have to know how. All we need is to be willing. The Universal Intelligence or your subconscious mind will figure out the hows.
2. Your mind is a tool you can choose to use any way you wish.
3. You are in control of your mind. You use your mind.
4. Affirm: I now choose to believe, it is becoming easier for me to make changes.
5. Be aware that the abundance of the Universe is available to all of us.
Building the New
1. Learn to think in positive affirmations.
2. Always make your statement in the Present Tense, such as "I am" or "I have".
3. Your subconscious mind is very obedient.
4. We have come to this planet to express who we are.

5. Affirm: I deserve to have or be __________, and I accept it now.
Daily Work
1. Affirm: I am doing the best I can.
2. Always support yourself.
3. Do not believe in limitations.
4. Laugh at yourself and at life, and nothing can touch you. It's all temporary anyway.
5. You could read one of Norman Cousins' books. He cured himself of a fatal dis-ease with laughter.
6. My day begins with gratitude and joy.
